How do I book tickets for the Peppa Pig experience?

Tickets are available online through our official ticketing partner, See Tickets. Simply select your preferred date and time slot on our website, and you will receive an e-ticket directly to your inbox.

I haven’t received my e-tickets, what should I do?

Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still can’t find your tickets, log into your See Tickets account or visit the See Tickets Customer Service portal for assistance.

Can I change the date or time of my tickets?

Yes. Once you’ve booked via our website, you can exchange your date, change your time slot, or add tickets up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability and applicable terms.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

No, tickets are non-refundable. However, you may exchange your date or time slot via the ticket agent, as permitted under their terms. Please check your ticket confirmation for full details.

Can adults attend without a child?

No, all adults must be accompanied by children to enter the attraction.

Are there group discounts or birthday party packages available?

While we very much welcome group bookings and would be delighted to be part of your birthday celebrations, we do not currently have a dedicated space to host birthday parties.

The Experience
What age is the Peppa Pig experience best for?

The adventure is specially designed for pre-schoolers and toddlers, with just the right mix of play, imagination, and adventure. However, older brothers, sisters, and family members are very welcome to join in the fun!

How long does the Peppa Pig Space Adventure take?

The journey from blast-off to muddy puddles takes around 70 minutes. We recommend arriving in good time so you can enjoy every part of the adventure without rushing.

What should I bring to the event?

Please make sure you have everything ready for your journey:

  • Your e-ticket (printed or on your mobile) for your booked time slot.

  • Comfortable clothes for your little ones so they can easily play and explore.

  • A camera or mobile phone to capture all the magical memories at our photo spots.

Can we take photos during the event?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your camera or mobile to capture memories. Please use our designated photo spots for the best snaps, be considerate of other families, and follow any signage asking for phones to be stored in specific areas.

Location, Travel & Parking
Where in the NEC is the event?

The Peppa Pig Space Adventure takes place at the NEC Birmingham, on the site of the NEC Group’s event campus. Full arrival and hall details can be found in our Getting Here / Travel Information section.

Is parking included with my tickets?

No, parking is not included in the ticket price. However, a special advance parking rate of £7.50 applies when you book your space ahead of time. On-the-day parking at the venue is charged at the standard NEC rate.

Facilities & Accessibility
Can I buy food and drink at the NEC?

There is a great selection of food and drink options available. The NEC offers convenient grab-and-go choices like Starbucks, Subway, and the Cornish Bakery. You will also find locally renowned street food just outside the venue, and a wide range of family-friendly restaurants at Resorts World, just a five-minute walk away.

Can I bring my own food and a picnic to the event?

Yes, you are very welcome to bring your own outside food and drinks! While there are plenty of options to buy food at the venue, you can bring your own picnic items to enjoy by the lakeside or within our designated picnic areas on the NEC campus.

Is the Peppa Pig Space Adventure wheelchair and step-free accessible?

Yes, the venue and the experience are fully accessible for wheelchair users. There are step-free routes, wide paths, and accessible toilets throughout the site. Please contact our support team in advance if you have any specific requirements so we can ensure you have the best possible visit.

Can I bring a pushchair or buggy inside?

No, pushchairs and buggies cannot be taken inside the Peppa Pig Space Adventure itself. The venue is pushchair-friendly up to the entrance, where all pushchairs must be left in our designated, free buggy-parking area before you begin your journey. Please note that all items are left in the buggy park at your own risk.

Is the experience sensory-friendly? (Loud noises and flashing lights)

Some sections of the adventure feature mild effects, lighting changes, or sound cues to bring the space theme to life. However, if your little one feels a bit overwhelmed, each part of the adventure includes a calm, comfortable area where children can pause and take a breather. Our friendly hosts are always on hand to support your family and help you smoothly continue on to the next part of your journey.

Who do I contact for lost property at the venue?

If you’ve lost something during your visit, please go to the NEC Security Office at either the Piazza (near Hall 1) or Atrium (near Hall 6). You can also contact the NEC Lost Property Department directly on 0121 767 3883.
