No, parking is not included in the ticket price. However, a special advance parking rate of £7.50 applies when you book your space ahead of time. On-the-day parking at the venue is charged at the standard NEC rate.
There is a great selection of food and drink options available. The NEC offers convenient grab-and-go choices like Starbucks, Subway, and the Cornish Bakery. You will also find locally renowned street food just outside the venue, and a wide range of family-friendly restaurants at Resorts World, just a five-minute walk away.
Yes, you are very welcome to bring your own outside food and drinks! While there are plenty of options to buy food at the venue, you can bring your own picnic items to enjoy by the lakeside or within our designated picnic areas on the NEC campus.

No, pushchairs and buggies cannot be taken inside the Peppa Pig Space Adventure itself. The venue is pushchair-friendly up to the entrance, where all pushchairs must be left in our designated, free buggy-parking area before you begin your journey. Please note that all items are left in the buggy park at your own risk.
Some sections of the adventure feature mild effects, lighting changes, or sound cues to bring the space theme to life. However, if your little one feels a bit overwhelmed, each part of the adventure includes a calm, comfortable area where children can pause and take a breather. Our friendly hosts are always on hand to support your family and help you smoothly continue on to the next part of your journey.
